No. If you wish to use InstantClear™ directly on Chordal, licenses are charged on a per-use basis. However, as an app or platform service, you can introduce novel business models to the platform and rights holders can optionally opt-in to license for your purposes. This may include subscription models, advertising revenue shares, or other monetization structures. We can help you set this up.
No. Chordal offers popular music with commercial awareness as well as premium boutique catalogs serving niche licensing needs. Think touring artists, genre-defining record labels and music publishers, top-end composers.
Every InstantClear™ license is issued by the rights owners themselves, not by Chordal acting as a sub-licensor. Chordal is the infrastructure; the rights owners are the counterparties. Your license agreement is with them, enforceable directly.
